Nantong lithium battery diaphragm factory workshop ventilation - low concentration gas project
Air volume 30000m3/h, dichloromethane concentration: 350ppm
Technical Process
Rotary wheel concentration adsorption system:
The equipment uses two series-connected rotor systems to ensure that the outlet concentration of the treated organic exhaust gas is less than 20mg/m3. The exhaust gas is first regulated by the rotor pre-treatment device, then adsorbed and concentrated by the first rotor, and then enters the second rotor system for further purification, ensuring that the clean gas meets the emission requirements before entering the chimney for emission.
The wheel is in a low-speed rotation state, with some areas adsorbing and concentrating, and other areas desorbing. The air is heated to 140°C through a steam heat exchanger, and the desorption fan desorbs the adsorbed dichloromethane to form concentrated gas, which is transported to the air inlet bin of the carbon fiber adsorption system.
Automatic control system:
It adopts fully automatic program control technology, which is easy to operate. The operator only needs to supply power and start the button, and the system can realize automatic cycle work to ensure stable and efficient operation.
Online monitoring system:
The dichloromethane detector model of Riken Keiki Co., Ltd. is used and installed at the rear end of the clean gas outlet of each rotary device. It can monitor the dichloromethane concentration range from 0 to 200ppm to ensure that the quality of the exhaust gas meets the standards.
Technical advantages
Resource recycling:Realize the recycling and reuse of organic solvents, reduce Party A's raw material procurement costs, and improve economic benefits.
Environmental benefits:Through advanced concentration and adsorption technology, organic tail gas can be effectively treated to meet environmental emission standards and reduce environmental pollution.
This two-stage rotor concentration and adsorption device not only meets Party A's strict requirements for organic tail gas treatment, but also achieves the dual goals of resource regeneration and environmental protection through technological innovation, which will bring significant economic and environmental benefits to Party A's production and operation. .
