Compression Condensation Technology Product Introduction
The device is mainly composed of a compression unit, a condensing unit, a refrigeration unit that independently provides cooling for the condensing system, and an electronic control unit, and each main equipment unit is arranged in a prefabricated box for easy installation.
1) Compression system:It is mainly composed of 1.1-compressor unit, 1.2-gas-liquid separation tank, 1.3-compressed liquid heat exchanger;
2) Condensation system:It is mainly composed of 2.1-dichloromethane primary cooler, 2.2-dichloromethane secondary cooler, 2.3-dichloromethane tail gas heat exchanger, 2.4-dichloromethane storage tank, 2.5-dichloromethane drying separator;
3) Refrigeration unit:It is mainly composed of 3.1-refrigeration unit, 3.2-cold water tank, 3.3-water pump;
The compression condensing device compresses and condenses the waste gas containing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted by various factories or equipment to 0.8MpaG (adjustable pressure). The compressed raw gas produced by the compressor enters the gas-liquid separator along with a large amount of dichloromethane coolant (dichloromethane is taken as an example here); under the action of the gas-liquid separator, the separated liquid dichloromethane is stored at the bottom. When the liquid level reaches a high level, the control valve is opened to discharge the liquid to the dichloromethane storage tank in the tank area under high pressure for recycling and reuse; the gaseous tail gas enters the rear-end condensation unit for further condensation.
