Equipment selection

The carbon fiber adsorption recovery system + rotor system design includes several key components, with the goal of efficiently treating waste gas containing organic matter while achieving resource recovery and environmental protection. The following are the main components of the system and their functions:


1. Pretreatment system:

Install filters to intercept dust and foreign matter in the exhaust gas and protect the activated carbon fiber adsorption system.

A stainless steel fin heat exchanger is used to reduce the exhaust gas temperature to 25°C to avoid condensation and ensure the subsequent adsorption effect.

A carbon fiber treatment section is installed to remove the extractable substances in the exhaust gas, and the pretreatment system is complete to ensure the stable operation and efficiency of the subsequent system.

2. Adsorption and desorption system:

There are three adsorption tanks (A, B, C), which are automatically controlled by PLC program to perform adsorption, desorption and drying operations in turn.

The activated carbon fibers in the adsorption tank capture organic matter, and the adsorbed exhaust gas enters the rotary concentration adsorption system.

The desorption system uses saturated steam to desorb organic matter from the activated carbon fibers, recovering the organic matter and restoring the adsorption capacity of the activated carbon.

3. Condensate recovery system:

The mixed vapor produced by desorption is condensed into a low-temperature liquid mixture (including organic solvent and water) through an efficient condensation system for effective recovery and reuse.

The solvent layer and the water layer are separated by gravity separation to achieve preliminary separation and recovery.

4. Aeration recovery system:

The separated water layer enters the aeration tank for further treatment to achieve complete separation of solvent and water, ensuring efficient recovery and reuse of the solvent.

5. Hot air pretreatment system:

The outside air is processed through filters and heat exchangers and heated to the set temperature for drying activated carbon fibers and operating the rotor system.

6. Rotary Concentration Adsorption System:

The exhaust gas treated by the carbon fiber adsorption system enters the rotor system for re-adsorption and purification, and finally discharges clean air that meets the requirements.

7. Chimney emission system:

The treated clean air is discharged through the chimney, which is equipped with necessary testing facilities to ensure that the emissions meet environmental protection standards.

8. Automatic control system:

Adopting advanced automatic control technology, the system runs stably and is easy to operate, which conforms to the development trend of industrial intelligence.

This system not only meets customers' requirements for waste gas treatment effects, but also takes into account the stability, reliability and economy of the equipment.
