Project Overview
The white oil decolorization device is an auxiliary equipment for the wet-process lithium battery diaphragm production line and the extract recovery device. In the diaphragm production process, white oil is used as a pore-forming agent and dichloromethane is used as an extractant. The resulting extract contains dichloromethane, white oil, a small amount of water, and PE impurities. This device decolorizes the recovered white oil to meet the standards for reuse, thereby achieving effective recycling and utilization of resources, reducing the company's raw material procurement costs, and improving economic benefits.
Process
① White oil pretreatment and mixing
After the decolorized white oil is heated in a preheater, it is mixed with the clay in a premixing kettle. The clay is added through a vacuum feeder and stirred to form a uniform mixture.
② Decolorization reaction
The mixed white oil and white clay enter the decolorization kettle, are heated by steam, and undergo decolorization reaction under vacuum conditions to remove dichloromethane and water.
③ Circulation and Filtering
The bleached white oil is circulated into the filter cake layer filter through a circulation pump, forms a pre-film filtration with the white clay, and finally obtains refined white oil through a cooler and a fine filter.
④ Environmental protection treatment
The gas generated during the treatment process is subjected to vacuum demisting and condensation treatment, and the condensate and condensed water are discharged into the corresponding storage tanks and treatment systems.
⑤ Maintenance and preparation
Regularly maintain the cake layer filter and switch the standby unit to ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment and filtering effect.
⑥ Oil mist recovery and treatment
The oil mist generated during the de-cake process is recovered and treated by a cyclone separator and a mist eliminator, and the white oil is eventually returned to an intermediate storage tank or subjected to a spray circulation operation.
