With the rapid development of my country's automobile industry, the rubber industry associated with it has also risen rapidly and occupied an important position in the industrial field. The survey results of the American Rubber Manufacturers Association show that the emission of organic harmful waste gas pollutants in the mixing, hot refining, extrusion, calendering and vulcanization processes in rubber production are 140, 72.8, 75.2, 102 and 49 g/ton of rubber respectively, among which the pollution generated by the vulcanization process is the most serious [2]. During the high-temperature plasticization and oxidation process of the vulcanization process, harmful substances are easily produced. At the same time, raw materials and organic solvents with lower boiling points are released, producing denser smoke accompanied by an unpleasant odor. The waste gas has a complex composition, and the main pollutants are volatile organic compounds and sulfides. Vulcanization waste gas is discharged into the environment in various ways, seriously damaging the natural environment and posing a huge threat to human survival and health. Therefore, the treatment of vulcanization waste gas in the rubber industry is imminent.
